01Who Can Use TurfNext

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• You must provide accurate information (name, mobile number, etc.) and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account. Do not share your OTP or login details with anyone.

02Our Services

TurfNext connects players, teams, venue owners and event organisers. Through the Platform you can:

• Discover and book sports turfs and venues
• Find or host pickup games and matches
• Register teams and players for tournaments
• Follow live scores, points tables and match statistics
• Join the TurfNext sports community and refer friends

TurfNext is a technology platform. Venues are owned and operated by independent venue owners, and tournaments are run by independent organisers, unless we clearly state otherwise.

03Bookings

• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and a confirmation shown on the Platform.
• Slot availability, pricing and advance-booking limits are set by each venue owner and may change.
• Please arrive on time. Time lost due to late arrival will not be refunded or extended.
• You must follow the venue’s own rules (footwear, conduct, timings, etc.).

04Payments & Wallet

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay). TurfNext does not store your card or UPI details.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• TurfNext Wallet balance can be used for bookings and entry fees on the Platform. Wallet balance is non-transferable, does not earn interest, and cannot be withdrawn as cash unless required by law.

05Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel an eligible booking from your dashboard. The refund amount depends on the venue’s cancellation policy and how close to the slot time you cancel.
• Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 working days to the original payment method or your TurfNext Wallet.
• If a venue owner cancels a booking or the venue is unavailable, you will receive a full refund.
• Tournament entry fees are subject to the organiser’s refund policy shown on the tournament page.

06Tournaments & Team Registration

• Organisers are responsible for tournament rules, schedules, fixtures, results and prizes.
• Team captains are responsible for the accuracy of their team and player details.
• Organisers may disqualify teams or award walkovers for rule violations or no-shows.
• Live scores and statistics are provided “as is” and may occasionally be delayed or inaccurate.

07Venue Owners & Organisers

If you list a venue or host an event on TurfNext, you agree to:

• Provide accurate venue or event details, pricing, amenities and photos
• Honour all confirmed bookings and registrations
• Comply with applicable laws, licences and safety standards
• Accept any separate partner terms shared with you by TurfNext

08User Content

• You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, team names, posts, reviews).
• By uploading, you grant TurfNext a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Platform and in our promotions (e.g. player cards and tournament highlights).
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading or infringes anyone’s rights. We may remove such content.

09Referrals & Offers

• Referral rewards, coupons and promotional offers are subject to their own conditions and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
• Fake accounts, self-referrals or misuse of offers may lead to cancellation of rewards and account suspension.

10Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
• Impersonate another person or create fake bookings
• Interfere with, hack, scrape or overload the Platform
• Harass, abuse or threaten other users, players, venue staff or organisers

11Safety & Assumption of Risk

Sports involve physical risk. You participate at your own risk. TurfNext is not responsible for injuries, loss or theft of belongings, or disputes that occur at a venue or event. Please play safely and follow venue guidelines.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• TurfNext is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid through the Platform for the booking or service in question.
• The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

13Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the Platform. You may stop using TurfNext and request account deletion at any time.

14Deleting Your Account

You can delete your TurfNext account at any time from the app. To delete your account:

• Log in to the TurfNext app.
• From the Home Screen, tap the Profile icon located in the top-right corner.
• On the Profile Screen, scroll to the bottom.
• Tap Delete Account.
• A confirmation message will appear.
• Confirm the deletion to proceed with deleting your account.

Upon confirmation, the account deletion request will be processed along with the associated personal data, subject to any data that TurfNext is required to retain for legal, regulatory, security, or legitimate business purposes.

15Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

16Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified on the Platform. Continued use of TurfNext after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

17Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Indore & Ajmer shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
