We collect the information you provide and the information generated when you use the Platform:

Account details such as your name, mobile number, email address and profile photo
Player and team details such as sports, playing area, team names, rosters and match statistics
Booking, tournament registration, wallet and transaction history
Approximate or precise location (with your permission) to show nearby turfs, games and tournaments
Device and usage information such as device type, app version, IP address and pages visited

02How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account and verify your identity via OTP
To process bookings, payments, refunds, wallet credits and tournament registrations
To show your player profile, team details, live scores and statistics on the Platform
To send booking confirmations, match updates, reminders and important service notices
To improve the Platform, prevent fraud and misuse, and comply with legal obligations

03Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where needed to provide our services:

With venue owners and tournament organisers for the bookings and registrations you make
With payment gateways (such as Cashfree) to process payments. TurfNext does not store your card or UPI details.
With service providers who help us host, send messages or analyse the Platform, under confidentiality obligations
With authorities where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and TurfNext

04Public Information

Some information is visible to other users by design — for example your name, profile photo, team name, match scores, player statistics and tournament results. Please avoid adding anything to your public profile that you do not want others to see.

05Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your OTP and login details private.

06Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. After account deletion, we may retain limited data where required for legal, regulatory, tax, security, fraud-prevention or legitimate business purposes.

07Your Choices & Rights

You can view and update your profile details from your account at any time.
You can turn off location access and notifications from your device settings.
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data as described below.

08Deleting Your Account

You can delete your TurfNext account at any time from the app. To delete your account:

Log in to the TurfNext app.
From the Home Screen, tap the Profile icon located in the top-right corner.
On the Profile Screen, scroll to the bottom.
Tap Delete Account.
A confirmation message will appear.
Confirm the deletion to proceed with deleting your account.

Upon confirmation, the account deletion request will be processed along with the associated personal data, subject to any data that TurfNext is required to retain for legal, regulatory, security, or legitimate business purposes.

09Children

The Platform is intended for users aged 18 and above, or minors using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children without such consent.

10Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified on the Platform. Continued use of TurfNext after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
